Eagle’s Nest

I co-created this film with Umang Bhattacharya for the Eagle’s Nest Wildlife Sanctuary. This biodiversity paradise is located in the West Kameng district of Arunachal Pradesh, India.

Eagle’s Nest has over 400 bird and moth species, second only to the Andes in South America.
The film was a low budget production and came about because I was personally connected to several wildlife biologists working in the region. My collaborator and I offered to create a film for them. They wanted something that could inspire the people who lived in and around the forest to take pride in their home and protect the wildlife. Our exchange was a week spent with the scientists to live in and learn about the forest.
