Build brand story and visual language consistency. Create a seamless user experience to drive donations and support. Improve access to healthcare services for existing and new clients.

Founded in Harlem in 1988, Harlem United provides world-class HIV care, and have expanded their healthcare services over the years. Strong advocates for social justice they remain rooted in their community and work towards health equity.

After conducting a comprehensive site audit and literature review I worked hand in hand with the client to develop a new site architecture and visual language. In addition I led my team to identify specific content to engage our target user base, trained in-house client teams for website handover, and succesfully increased impact by substantially driving up site traffic and form fills.
