Tech Talent Pipeline


The NYC Tech Talent Pipeline (TTP) is New York City’s tech industry partnership. Founded in 2014, TTP is a mayoral initiative built to bridge the gap between City government, employers, and educators to support the city’s growing tech industry.

I led the design strategy, visual design language and messaging for their new website. Working directly with the client I helped  facilitate focus groups with industry leaders, led multiple  brainstorming sessions with their internal teams to build a site and visual language that resonated with their key stakeholders and audiences.

I also led my team in creating multiple digital assets and campaigns to support TTP’s outreach efforts in diversifying NYC’s tech workforce.

This project was done while I was Creative Director at Shared Value Media.

The Impact


Visitors to the site more than doubled after launching with the new design.
Time spent on each page increased 4x.
The client recieved contact requests almost daily from visitors looking to get involved.
